"We contracted with Cliff Lee
as our dealer and contractor
for an off frame modular home. We spent quite a bit of time altering
standard floor plans to make our home wheelchair accessible and
to add numerous special features. We wanted the affordability of
a modular home, but wanted many special features that the modular
home people just weren’t used to providing. Cliff worked closely
with us, engineers and the manufacturer to ensure that all requirements
were met and that we would be satisfied with all outcomes. We encountered
some delays along the way, due to bad weather, foundation issues
and land survey issues imposed by our lender. However, Cliff was
on the job every day, always accessible to us, and he managed to
get us into our home within 8 weeks! His relationships with other
contractors and local planning departments proved invaluable to
get us back on track and into our beautiful new home.
Because of our special needs, the residential plumbers and electricians on the
job were exposed to specifications
they had never seen before (such as a commercial wall mount toilet,
a wheelchair accessible, custom ceramic 5x7 shower, a custom corner
Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and installation of dual water heaters).
Cliff worked closely with us on each stage and communicated instructions
thoroughly and completely to workers on the job.

a new facility, developing estimates on all aspects of the projects.
When I needed a new sewer line installed at our building, Cliff
took care of all the details from dealing with town officials to
completion of the line. Cliff has also designed and built a quality

built the entrance steps 3 times, all of which failed inspection.
